1. Data controller

2. What we process, why

• du prepaid number — to apply the top-up you asked for. Legal basis: contract.
• AED amount — to invoice and apply the correct top-up. Legal basis: contract.
• Email address (optional) — to send confirmation, invoice and receipt. Legal basis: contract.
• Timestamp, IP country — to detect obvious fraud. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Free-text message (if you use the contact form) — to answer your question. Legal basis: contract.

3. What we do not process

• Card numbers, CVV, expiry — the site never sees these; they live only on the payment processor.
• Marketing profiles, third-party analytics identifiers, browser fingerprints.
• Data brokered to advertisers or resold in any form.

4. Processors

A single hosting provider serves the site over HTTPS. A payment processor handles the card side and reports back only the last four digits and a token. Email replies come from the workshop’s own mailbox on a UAE mail server.

5. Retention

Tickets that never turn into an invoice are deleted after 90 days. Invoiced orders are kept for as long as UAE tax law requires and are then deleted.

6. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the data linked to your email address, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything that is not required for tax bookkeeping. Requests are handled within 30 days.
