no.01 · procedure du recharge online · start to finish

How does du quick pay actually run here?

Four steps, no app, no signup, no card fields on the site itself. A small Dubai workshop reads every request and answers by email.

  1. 01

    Open the recharge form

Head to the recharge page. Two fields matter: the du prepaid number in +971 format and the amount.

  2. 02

Pick a preset or a custom amount

Presets are 30, 55, 110, 210 and 525 AED. Custom range is 5 to 1000 AED. An optional email helps us reply with the receipt.

  3. 03

    A manager reviews it

During Dubai working hours (Sat–Thu, 09:00–19:00 Gulf time) the reply is usually the same day. Outside those hours it queues to the next working morning.

  4. 04

Pay the invoice, get the top-up

An invoice link arrives on the email you provided. After you complete that payment, the workshop applies the top-up on the du prepaid number and sends a plain-text confirmation.
