1. Who runs this site
clearrecharge is an independent third-party workshop based in Al Twar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact details are on the contact page. clearrecharge is not the mobile operator, is not owned by or affiliated with any mobile operator, and does not present itself as such.
2. What the service does
clearrecharge accepts requests to apply prepaid top-ups on du mobile numbers in the UAE. Every request is reviewed by a human during Dubai working hours, invoiced by email, and only then applied to the balance.
3. Your side
- You are responsible for typing the correct du prepaid number.
- You are responsible for paying the invoice with a card in your name or with the cardholder’s permission.
- You will not attempt to load, script or scrape the site in ways that harm its normal operation.
4. Our side
- The workshop replies within one working day; usually much faster during Dubai working hours.
- Amounts paid but not applied are refunded per the refund policy.
- The site itself is provided on an as-is basis, without a warranty on continuous uptime.
5. Limits of liability
To the extent allowed by UAE law, clearrecharge’s total liability for any claim relating to a single top-up request is capped at the amount paid on the invoice for that request. Indirect losses (lost calls, lost data, lost time) are outside this cap.
6. Changes
These terms can be updated. The last-updated date at the top always reflects the current version. Continued use of clearrecharge after a change means the new version applies to your next request.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes that cannot be settled by email are handled by the competent courts of Dubai.
