Questions about du quick pay

A shortlist. If a question is not here, write to [email protected] and it will be added.

How do I place a du recharge order through the site?

Open the recharge page, type the du prepaid number in +971 5x xxx xxxx format, pick a preset (30, 55, 110, 210 or 525 AED) or a custom amount from 5 to 1000 AED, and submit. A side drawer confirms the ticket. A manager reads it during Dubai working hours.

How long does a du quick recharge take to reach the balance?

Requests sent during Dubai working hours (Sat–Thu, 09:00–19:00 Gulf time) are usually applied within a couple of hours. Outside those hours the request is queued for the next working morning. You always get a plain-text confirmation email once the balance is on the number.

Which payment methods are accepted, and where do you enter the card?

Card details are never asked for on clearrecharge.org. After the workshop reviews your request, an invoice with a payment link is sent to the email you provided. The card fields live on the payment processor page opened from that invoice.

Are there fees or minimum and maximum limits?

The presets are 30, 55, 110, 210 and 525 AED. Custom amounts from 5 to 1000 AED are accepted through the form. A small service fee is shown separately on the invoice; it never hides inside the top-up amount.

What if the payment goes through but the top-up does not land?

Reply to the confirmation email or contact the workshop with the du prepaid number and the order id. If the amount was paid but not applied — which is rare and always our own error — the money goes back to the same card within a couple of working days. Details are on the refund page.
