A Dubai workshop that runs one service — du quick pay.
We handle du recharge online requests for prepaid numbers in the UAE. Nothing else — no SIM sales, no plan comparisons, no reseller upsells.
The idea, in one paragraph
Sometimes a du prepaid number needs a top-up and the operator app is not the easy path — a foreign card, a family line on someone else’s account, an airport wait. clearrecharge is a small workshop in Al Twar, Dubai, that reads such requests and finishes the top-up on your behalf, with a written confirmation at the end.
The scope is narrow on purpose. Doing one thing well, in one country, for one operator’s prepaid product, keeps the operation honest. A ticket that arrives at the wrong hour still waits for a human — never for a bot with a scripted reply.
What the workshop will — and will not — do
Will do
- Read every ticket during Dubai working hours.
- Reply by email before charging anything if a number looks wrong.
- Apply a du prepaid top-up between 5 and 1000 AED per request.
- Send a plain-text receipt with number, amount, timestamp.
- Refund a paid but non-applied top-up — details on the refund page.
Will not do
- Sell SIM cards, contracts, insurance or streaming bundles.
- Store card numbers on this site or anywhere else on our servers.
- Call you unprompted or add you to a marketing list.
- Handle numbers from other countries or other operators.
- Promise a fixed delivery time inside a specific minute window.
Where the tickets are read
The workshop sits in Al Twar, off 22nd Street, on the ground floor next to a print shop. Nothing to visit inside — the door is meant for the postman — but the map below shows the neighbourhood.
