clearrecharge is a small Dubai workshop that handles du recharge orders for prepaid numbers in the UAE. We are not the operator; we are a third-party service that receives your request, applies the top-up on your behalf, and sends a written confirmation to the mobile you provided.
The workshop lives at 18 22nd St in Al Twar, Dubai. A team of two writes emails and reviews requests during working hours — no bots, no scripted phone menus, no upsells for insurance or cloud storage.
If a number does not match a valid UAE mobile prefix, or the amount seems off compared with the requested denomination, someone will reach out before charging anything.

You picked up a du prepaid SIM at the airport, want a 110 AED chunk to survive the week, and your foreign card keeps failing on the operator app. The workshop accepts your order and confirms once the balance shows on the number.
A prepaid line that is not on your own account and cannot be topped up from your app. You send us the number and the amount, we do the recharge, the receipt lands in your inbox.
A 525 AED top-up before a long trip out of the UAE. You do not want to fiddle with the app in an airport queue, so you send the request the night before and check the confirmation email once at the gate.
Head to the recharge page. Type the du prepaid number in +971 format and pick one of the five presets — or type any amount between 5 and 1000 AED.
An optional email helps us reply with the confirmation. The submit button opens a small thanks drawer — that is the end of the site’s job for now.
A workshop teammate reads the request during Dubai working hours (Sat–Thu, 09:00–19:00 Gulf time). If something looks wrong we email you before the balance is touched.
Once the du prepaid balance is applied, you get a plain-text email with the number, the amount, and the timestamp. That email is your receipt.
Sent the request at 21:12 from Jumeirah, saw the balance ten minutes later. The email reply had my name spelled right — small thing, but rare.

Open the recharge page, type the prepaid number in +971 5x xxx xxxx format, pick a preset or type an amount, and submit. A side drawer confirms the request was received. A manager reads it within a working day and either applies the top-up or emails you if something looks off.
Requests sent during Dubai working hours (Sat–Thu, 09:00–19:00 Gulf time) are usually applied within a couple of hours. Outside those hours the request is queued for the next working morning. You always get an email once the balance is on the number.
Card details are never asked for on this site. Once the workshop reviews your request, an invoice with a payment link is sent to the email you provided. Only after you complete that payment does the top-up move forward.
The presets are 30, 55, 110, 210 and 525 AED. Custom amounts from 5 to 1000 AED are accepted through the recharge form. A small service fee shows up on the invoice; it never hides inside the top-up amount.
Write back to the confirmation email or contact the workshop. If the amount was paid but not applied — which is rare and always our own error — the money goes back to the same card within a couple of working days. Details are on the refund page.
